My friend recommend me to try to see a counsellor. I tried another counselling centre and they tried cognitive behavioural therapy on me but it does not help me much.
After that , I tried went to The Counselling Paradigm and tried Emotional Freedom Technique because I read that it was effective for many people with anxiety. Ms Faith helped me worked through my anxiety attacks. I no longer have panic attack since then.
