Appointments are by reservations only.

Nearest MRT: Beauty World MRT (Take Exit B and walk about 7 minutes)

Parking:

Parking is available at The Counselling Paradigm (back of building) or at the carpark located at the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve next to its Visitors Centre

Cancellation of Appointment:
The effectiveness of the counselling sessions depends on a variety of factors, one of which is that the counselling therapy should take place on a regular basis. Missing your counselling appointments can slow down your inner healing effectiveness. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify The Counselling Paradigm office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time so we may be able to offer your appointment slot to someone else who needs it. Otherwise, you will be charged for the missed session. This practice is standard within the counselling profession.
 
Counsellors Contact:
Our counsellors provide professional services within the allocated counselling session. Your counsellor is generally not available outside the scheduled appointment time.
For matters pertaining to appointment scheduling, you can contact our admin staff at +65 8408 0010

However, if there are any issues that you are not comfortable to make known to the administrator staff, you can arrange an appointment with your counsellor.
